must complete an application form and provide evidence of identity
must be medically fit to learn to drive must pass the written road rules test
pay any relevant fees.
If you are successful, you will be issued a ‘Roadtrip to your licence’ kit which includes a learner logbook.

Glen always said I have to do something others not do for preparing my career, I think about it for a long time but still not quite understand which part belongs to the things others do not know but I could know~~ Hard problem, keep thinking~~

p>I have been feeling depress for many days and I thought it would last for long long time. This is changed when I read a blog talking about working experiences today. I realize that something will not wait for me and I only have two years left. For many years, in my deep heart, I am not a guy who wants to slow down and enjoy life though I often lost my power. I still feel hurt and depress but it is not the suitable time.  I have already lost someone who wants to support and encourage me, I cannot afford lost doing it by myself.
